gmail in their wisdom have decided that email originating from the server IP address is a source of spam. This would be amusing if it was not in fact so stupid. We have just migrated to a new server and therefore have a new IP address. Neither the IP address nor the site domains are on various blocklists that I have checked.

If your ip-forum account is registered using a gmail address then you will either not receive email sent via the server or it will be marked as spam. This includes notifications of all sorts; order confirmations, personal messages, subscribed topics etc.

Please check your gmail spam folder and if there is email in there from either of the following addresses, mark them as not being spam and also add the addresses to your address book. In theory, gmail learns from this and will eventually be convinced that the IP address is clean.  Note that this also applies to other service providers who use gmail to provide their email services. ntlworld is one example.

Alternatively, change your registered email address to a less idiotic provider. Ironically, gmail itself is probably the largest source of spam on the Net.
