Though there are a few outstanding fixes to be made.
The short story is that the server RAID controller failed, corrupting data on the disk array and was completely unrecoverable.
So... we are now back with a shiny new server. Further problems with corrupted backup files mean the site has lost a significant amount of data.
Note that ip Web Shop inventory levels will be wrong! Please ask before placing an order.
